  Awful terrible customer service. Everyone was so rude and i couldnt understand why, it seemed like they couldnt be bothered to help me find a good water pipe. I havent purchased many items like this befote so i wasnt able to figure it out on my own so i just left.

  This place should not be allowed to sell water pipes and bowls. Everyone i know who has purchased a piece of glass here has had an issue within a month at the most. My 2 day old glass water pipe was sitting on my dining room table and it literally just collapsed, ive never seen anything like it. I brought the piece back and explained that it had broken without me ever getting a chance to use it and they said "Well thats too bad" and refused to help me in any way.

  I bought a piece of glass from cigarette shopper in Calais. When i got home i looked in the box they packaged for me and it was broken, when i brought it back thwy refused to do anything for me
